17 years with AimLite
40 years in the industry
Read below Kevin's words:"June 15th marks my 40 years in the industry. Where does the time go? Little did I know I would have front seat to all the changes in emergency lighting throughout the years. What mentors along the way, Dave Rycroft, Thelma Rycroft (Mom), Sam Rimoin and Rob Nadler, thank you all for all that you have done in my development from service tech to VP of Sales and everything in-between. All the people along the way who either worked for me, my current and the best staff I have ever had, and to all my partners and friends which have made AimLite the brand it is today. A special thank you to those of you that were my emergency light in my darkest days, you know who you are and I will never forget you. 17 Years at AimLite as of June 27 th Those 17 years have been the best of my career learning the business from another perspective that I had no idea existed. In the beginning, we could not ship products the way our agents were used to, and still AimLite originals stuck by us until we got our ship on course and went from a fringe player to the company that is known for specifications, complex emergency, and the experts in our field. Thank you all for believing in the brand and most of all me. The frontline of AimLite has not changed much in all these years with Suzan, Nancy, and Corey, and recent quotations person Tara. Where most companies see high turnover that is not the case at AimLite and we are stronger for it. Don’t get me wrong the people behind the curtain have gotten bigger and are still guided by Sam and Rob there are too many people to mention but I will make an exception for JP and Natacha who are welcomed managers for quotations and customer service. There are more exciting chapters to be written as long as I am wanted and my body holds up I plan another 15 years before a more final decision."We are really proud to count Kevin as a team member and wish him another 17 years with us!
