Terms & Conditions of Sales

CANADA

Shipments are F.O.B our plant minimum prepaid $1,250.00 for all major
points within Canada except for poles and inverters over 1400 Watts are
prepaid and charged. The following territories exceptionally have a
minimum prepaid of $2,000.00; Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories and
Nunavut. Partial shipments over $1,250.00, requested by the customer, will
be covered by AimLite for up to 2 releases per order. Additional releases will
be at the customer's expense, irrelevant of the value. Special customer
shipping requirements that cause additional shipping expenses above
normal may be charged for the additional cost.

USA

Shipments are F.O.B. our plant minimum prepaid (all brokerage and duty
charges are the responsibility of the purchaser) $1,250.00 USD, for all
major points within the continental USA except for poles and inverters over
1400 watts are prepaid and charged. All orders having a distributor price
less than the minimum mentioned above will be assessed freight and
handling charges (all brokerage and duty charges are the responsibility of
the purchaser). Special customer shipping requirements that cause
additional shipping expenses above normal may be charged for the
additional cost.

Merchandise may not be returned without prior written notice. Requests to return merchandise must be made within 60 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be shipped prepaid to Aimlite. Credit will be issued based on the original invoice price, or price in effect at time of return, whichever is lower, less minimum restocking charge of 35%. All non-stocking, special, custom made or modified versions of normal stocking items are not returnable.

RETURNS PROCESS

All claims and returns must be requested by e-mail or fax through your
designated sales office and should include:
- AimLite's order code and/or description
- Purchase Order Number
- Reason for return
Once a return is approved and processed, the product(s) must be returned
within 30 days.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
form provided and previously approved by AimLite, and must be shipped
prepaid to AimLite. All RGAs will be processed within two weeks of receipt.
Only products and quantities listed on the RGA document will be accepted
for return. If returned items do not match the final and approved RGA
document, AimLite reserves the right to return goods to the sender at the
sender's expense.
All stock returns for credit must be in their original packaging, unmarked
and in resalable condition. Items that are sold in inner pack quantities (Pack
of 2, 4, 6, etc.) must be returned in inner pack quantities.
